Now come to the 2nd most important part. Without exercise, we cannot control our weight and fat in our body. In the modern era of life, we become more depended on different kinds of devices and mechanisms. It is very helpful to live and made our life a lot less difficult or in a way makes our life easy. But on the other and it makes us a lot lazy than before. We do not have to do a lot of physical hardship. So we modern day the only way we can be fit or do physical work by doing exercise.
